These low cost shelters utilize a revolutionary light weight 12.5 ounce per square yard polyolefin fabric manufactured by Intertape Polymer Group. While extremely light weight this fabric has strengths equal to or greater than many heavier types of fabric. The manufacturer is so confident of the quality of this material they provide a 15-year warranty which is three time longer than the warranty on some fabrics.

Allied Steel's Gatorshield galvanized mechanical grade structural steel tubing. The galvanizing process galvanizes both the inside and outside of the tube leaving a smooth, non-abrasive surface which helps extend the life of the cover.
